If you cannot find the email in your Gmail inbox, please follow the steps below."

Open the Spam Folder
On the left-hand menu in Gmail, scroll down and click on the "Spam" folder.
If you don’t see it, click on "More" to expand the menu.
Select the Email
Locate the email that is not spam and click on it to open it.
Mark as "Not Spam"
At the top of the email, you’ll see a button labeled "Report not spam" (or similar). Click this button.
Alternatively, if you're viewing the list of emails in the spam folder,
you can check the box next to the email and then click on "Not Spam" at the top of your screen.
Email Moves to Inbox
Once marked, the email will automatically be moved back to your inbox or its original folder.
Gmail will also learn from this action and is less likely to classify similar emails as spam in the future.
